Who Should Microdose?

Discover How Microdosing Mushrooms Can Bring More Patience, Presence, Compassion, and Connection Into Your Life & The World

who should microdose

Safety first.

Always.

Before we dive into the magic of microdosing to answer your question-

"Who should microdose?"

Let's talk about who should **not** microdose psilocybin mushrooms.

If you are currently taking, lithium, or other psychiatric medications, do not microdose without consulting a knowledgeable healthcare provider first.

The interactions can be unpredictable and potentially dangerous.

If you have a personal or family history of:

  • psychosis
  • schizophrenia, or
  • bipolar disorder
  • seizures

...microdosing is not recommended.

Psilocybin can exacerbate these conditions, even at small doses.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, steer clear.

There simply isn't enough research yet to know how psilocybin affects a developing baby.

And if you are in a deeply unstable emotional or psychological state without proper support, now might not be the right time.

Get grounded first.

Get support.

Then explore.

That's the short list.

It's a small but important one.

Honor it.

Now — who should microdose?

Second thing I want to say:

...nobody really wants to be "should-ed."

I get it.

Nobody likes being told what to do.

The moment someone says "you should," most of us instinctively push back.

It's human nature.

That said, I honestly think everyone needs to microdoseother than the people who shouldn't.

Lol.

Why?

Because mushrooms have been on planet Earth for almost a billion years, and there is documentation our ancestors have been using psychedelic mushrooms for over 12,000 years...

This medicine is here for us for a reason

There is a reason psychedelic mushrooms are documented all over early Christianity and back to the Ancient Greek times.

Because psychedelic mushrooms including psilocybin (at any dose)... connects you to your creator.

And your creator is the source of love, which resides within you.

And when you are connected to love, you are more compassionate.

Your compassion then ripples out to everyone and everything in its wake.

Like a stone dropped into still water, the ripple doesn't stop at the edge of your life.

It touches your:

  • partner
  • your kids
  • your coworkers
  • the stranger at the grocery store
  • the asshole who cut you off in traffic and
  • eventually — the collective consciousness of humanity itself.
who should microdose

Imagine a world...

...where a majority of people microdosed.

Where the world practices what our ancestors have practiced for thousands and thousands of years.

It would be a world filled with:

  • More patience
  • More presence
  • More love
  • More happiness
  • More compassion
  • More equality
  • More creativity
  • More connection
  • God
what does Amanita Muscaria do

Aren't those all the things Jesus taught?

  • Patience
  • Presence
  • Love
  • Compassion
  • Equality
  • Connection to the Divine
  • Creativity in how we serve one another

Jesus didn't teach people to hoard power, build walls, or crush the vulnerable.

He taught people to love — radically, recklessly, and without condition.

Who the fuck doesn't want more compassion in the world right now?!

And right now, it feels like a lot of Godless people are wreaking havoc in society.

People operating from ego, from fear, from greed — tearing things apart while the rest of us watch in disbelief.

If God is truly in your life, you don't act like a raging dictator hurting an immense number of people in your wake while praising God's name.

Nope.

If you do this, you are likely mentally ill, pure evil, or both.

That's not God.

That's ego wearing a God costume.

Here's what's interesting

61% of people who journey with psilocybin report having a mystical experience, according to a Johns Hopkins study.

 Sixty-one percent.

That's not a fringe number.

That's a majority of participants saying they touched something sacred, something beyond themselves, something that felt more real than everyday reality.

Let that sink in.

If you are being called to psilocybin

...microdosing is a great way to start.

You dip your toe in the water, still get a massive amount of benefit, and eventually follow your curiosity toward bigger and bigger doses.

That's just the way of the shroom.

It invites you in gently, and then it shows you more when you're ready.

If you have a strong resistance to microdosing...

If this whole article is making you squirm in your seat...

Here's the thing —

That might be the exact reason for you to start microdosing.

Your soul knows truth.

So when you experience resistance to a spiritual practice, it is often the very practice you need.

The ego resists what the soul craves.

Fear disguises itself as logic.

Doubt masquerades as reason.

In other words, resist the resistance.

Or...

It could be your intuition telling you "not right now..."

That said, there is always a little bit of mycophobia (fear of mushrooms) when it comes to psychedelic mushrooms.

Everyone has had it.

There really is nothing to be afraid of though...

who should microdose

So who else should microdose?

If you want to feel:

  • More patience
  • More presence
  • More love
  • More happiness
  • More compassion
  • More creativity
  • More connection
  • God

Aaaaaaaannnnnnnndd we're back to…

Who should microdose?

Everybody.

Doesn't everybody — who isn't an evil dictator or fascist — want to feel all of or most of those things listed above?!

Yep. Everyone, I believe, needs to microdose mushrooms.

Other than the very small minority who shouldn't.

You need it.

Your partner needs it.

Your future children need it.

Our human race needs it.

The animals need it (by letting it begin with us).

Mother Earth needs it.

Fascism needs it.

And we need it fast.

The good news?

Thank God the mushrooms work fast.

They don't take months to build up in your system.

They don't require years of therapy before you feel a shift.

They meet you where you are and they start working — sometimes from the very first dose.

I can't tell you how many of my clients, (too many to count!)- including my most recent one...begin to experience the benefits of the mushroom medicine before they even take it. This is how powerful this medicine is...it begins with your intention to journey with the sacred mushroom and that taps you into the consciousness that is the magic mushroom, also known as "the little holy ones".

So, who should microdose?

Well, that pretty much covers it, doesn't it?

Start safe.

Start small.

Start now.

The darkness always rises with the light.

You are light.

You are love.
